At Breast Pads™, we prioritize fast and reliable shipping to ensure you receive your products promptly. Here's what you need to know about our shipping policies:

Shipping Methods and Processing Time
All orders are shipped using poly envelopes to ensure your items arrive safely. Your package may be dispatched from our warehouses located in Utah, Ohio, or directly from our manufacturer in China.

Processing Time
We aim to ship your order as quickly as possible. However, please allow 2-3 business days for processing. If there is an expected delay beyond this timeframe, it will be noted in the product description. For questions regarding specific items or lead times, please contact us at breastpads.com/help.

Order Confirmation and Tracking
Upon placing your order, you should receive an email confirmation. If you do not receive this email, check your spam folder. The order confirmation is crucial as it also contains your shipment notification and tracking information.

Shipping Insurance
If offered, shipping insurance is available for an additional fee. Please note, if you decline insurance, Breast Pads™ is not responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen packages.

International Shipments
Breast Pads™ ships internationally with some exceptions. Please be aware that you, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariffs, duties, taxes, handling fees, and customs clearance charges required by your country. These costs are not collected beforehand and can vary widely. Research your country’s import regulations to prepare for customs and any additional fees.
